Poker Sizing started in 2021, in the middle of the COVID pandemic, when my team went fully remote. I wanted something that felt like sitting around a table with a deck of cards. So, I built it.

There are plenty of similar tools online, but most bury the ceremony under accounts, workspaces and upgrade prompts. The design goal here has always been the opposite: open a link, pick a card, reveal, move on.

Poker Sizing is completely free — no limits, no premium popups, no ads. If it saves your team some time, you can buy me a coffee or spread the word. That's the whole business model.
